FAQ

What customers ask us.

Which cars can charge on your chargers?

The Standard and Prime DC chargers use CCS2, the European standard used by most recent electric cars. The RACE wallbox uses Type 2. GB/T versions exist for some imported vehicles.

How much grid power do I need?

DC chargers need a three-phase 400 V supply. Above a few hundred kW, a dedicated transformer is often required. We study the power available on your site before proposing a configuration.

Can I bill drivers for charging?

Yes. The platform supports several billing plans with rates by time of day, and sessions can start by app, RFID card or AutoStart.

Do the chargers handle heat and dust?

They are built for outdoor use: IP54 for the Standard series, IP55 for Prime, from -30 °C to +50 °C at full power. The power modules are potted against salt spray, dust and vibration.

How long does a charge take?

Mostly it depends on the car, since the charger delivers at most the power the car accepts. On a DC fast charger, most recent cars go from 10 to 80% in 20 to 40 minutes. On a 7 kW wallbox, one night is enough for a full charge.
